Back into action.

Didn't have a good sleep in the morning.
Was interrupted by 2 text messages at 1:30 a.m. and 3 a.m. respectively.
Sighs, can't those people be more considerate? I need more rest.

Woke up at 6, had a packet of biscuit as my breakfast then departed to school.
I kept on feeling nervous about getting back for training.
What if there's only me?
What if I had to lead the group for oath reciting?
What if...
Thoughts went through my mind as I was driving.

You know, I can sense people looking at me with a very weird expression on their faces.
From what I know, those are the newbies in school.
Whatever.

It felt awesome coming back to the familiar place - stadium.
A training ground full of sweat and effort for me.
This is my 6th year in Taekwondo, and of course I can truly understand how the newbies feel.
The strictness of the committee, the harsh trainings by the instructors.
Well I've went through all in the past, so hang in there girls.
A wonderful feeling when knowing that Chia Huay was present for training today.
That definitely boosted up my spirit. =)
Seeing most familiar faces made me feel the warmth in the family.
No matter juniors or seniors.
Some were even surprised to see me back.

Instructors present today were Albert, Jason and Poh Poh.
Alright, this won't be a relaxing one.
We used to give instructors nicknames.
Albert, he's well known in giving tough trainings, Jason the torture king, Poh Poh the stretching queen.
Now you know.
Too bad, Master Roy was in Union today.
*I MISS HIM!*

Thank God, today's warm up and training wasn't as tough and harsh as previously.
Although I can still cope, I felt my stamina decreasing fast.
I felt a little tired after 100 metres sprint, which I previously won't even have to catch my breath again.
Oh crap.
During the long break, I was at the back of stadium, guiding Xin Yi and Chia Huay through Taegeuks.
Half way of that, juniors bumped in, and we practised together.
The best part of juniors was that they didn't waste their break time crapping. =)
We'll continue with those next week, aye?

Thank God for the smooth traffic today. =)

1. Reverse swing
2. Taegeuks
3. Begin my jumping jack routine.
4. Crunches every night.
