Sports Day.

The day has come.
Woke up at 4:45a.m. again.
Can I have my life back?
Thanks to the school for combining all forms as a school day, the bus was congested.
And, I stood until I reached school.
Salute to my legs.

Went to Calvin's class with Chia Huey after getting my attendance taken.
Sherlyn and Michyy were there too. X)
Stood by the building to watch them marching.
I can say, the prefects had their steps messed at one point, and 5 of us noticed.
School band and police cadets were awesome. =))
*Great job Tash!*

Before heading to the athletes' base to root for them, man we're all starving.
Decided to buy a box of Domino's Aloha Chicken and shared among 7 people:
5 of us, Chinn Ying and Yee Wei.
Sharing is caring. =D

The pizza.

Be considerate a little, Chinn Ying would be running.
Temporary no pizzas for her before completing the 2 events - 100m and 4 X 100m.
What made things worse was, 100m was the 1st event to kick off the day.
Understand how she felt, butterflies in her stomach and nervousness showed on her face.
Thank God for blessing her, she managed to get a medal for the Blues. =))
Big hugs. =) Especially on 4 X 100m's success.
Thanks to the others too who've tried very, very hard for the medals.

Overall summary, this year we had these events with these awards:
[Class 1 : Forms 4-5; Class 2 : Forms 1-3.]
# High Jump Class 2 : Gold (Le Bin) and bronze (Jing Yi).
# 800m : Silver (Le Bin).
# Short Putt Class 1 : Silver (Evie).
# Discus Class 1 : Silver (Evie).
# 100m Class 2 : Bronze (Chinn Ying).
-It was a close call. She was lucky.-
# 400m Class 2 : Silver (Jia Ying).
# 200m Class 1 : Gold (Khai Xin).
# 4 X 100m Class 2 : Gold (Le Bin, Jia Ying, Khai San, Chinn Ying).
-First time ever, it's Blue domination in this event! X) And we won by around a 5-metre lead.-
# Best Marching House.
-We sort of lol-ed to this one, but great job girls!-
# Class 2 Best Athlete : Le Bin.
-Were surprised to hear the announcer said this, and congrats to Le Bin =)))-
*Not sure if I missed out any. Oops.*

I found this year's Sports Day somehow boring despite had myself at the base to watch the events.
No freedom of taking videos or photos.
We had to do it silently. Ugh.
During our comeback next year, we swear we're gonna carry tripods and DSLRs.

And here, we called it a day. Sigh.
