2012 Penang Bible Camp Reunion

My last post was still hanging and here comes reunion.
Anyway just blogging a short one for this.

2012 Penang Bible Camp [Oasis] - Reunion
Date : 28.12.2012
Venue : SNGH
Time : 1800-2300

So I was driver of the day for Sue Ann, Reuben, Ben and Joyce.
Great pleasure. :)
As we arrived some people were already there.
Jae-Sonn, Zoe and Ai Lyn were practising for the song lead.
Food on the table. Om nom, made all of us hungry, *and it was a lot!*

The event began with singspiration.
Yesus Pokok, Hari Ini, Every Move I Make, then In Christ Alone and camp theme "Hope Changes Everything".
How nice of Jae-Sonn to inform me all the song titles before today. =D
And you didn't fail your part today bro. *Kudos and thumbs up.*
*I ain't telling you something coincidentally happened but let's just wait for the pictures ha!*

Unchain the chained. This one was epic haha.

Tennis ball tapping game was, oh yeah. =D
The tennis ball hit my sports shoes twice and saved me from being eliminated. Heh.
We went for the food after prayer.
Seriously, everyone brought awesome food and most of us were fully fed.
Great thanks to those who cooked/brought/bought them.

After that we had The Joker, with food as "punishment".
With abnormally strong 6th sense, our team ended up eating only 1 round of food. =D
Next up, boyfriend girlfriend.
I didn't know how stroopwaffles, Sungha Jung, strawberry and mushroom can be used to call your partner.
HAHA I laughed hard throughout the game.
Last game, cat and mouse.
It made me laugh harder cause the guys were imitating someone playing this game in camp.
I burst. For real. XD

Random talking and photos to end the day, not to miss random music jamming in between.
Played guitar as well. =) *Satisfied face*

I mean, come on. I definitely will miss 7 days of camp and this day.
Perhaps the next whole year I'mma annoy my friends with camp stories. =3

Being a person who knows basic guitar chords, it's awesome.

Week 2 of 2012.

Time flies, and yes we know that.
Here's a blog post to basically sum up what I've done over the past few days:

Day 1 - 50% Taiping, 50% Penang. Bro headed back to KL. =\

Fireworks by ourselves. Shh! Blessed 2012 everyone.

Day 2 - Shopped till we drop! 5+ hours in Queensbay with mummy. Of food and fashion.

Salmon Sashimi @ Sakae Sushi.

Heels from Vincci.

Blue walking shoes from Capss, Chadstone. Go BLUE!

Tube dress from Momoe. Mum has a same one in red. =O

Day 3 - It's basically rotting at home and playing my guitar.

You can tell that from my face. Steam.

Day 4 - First day of people heading back to school, and I went back to kacau. XD

Outfit of the day. BLUE!

Day 5 - Still rot.

Day 6 - TV : NBA Lakers vs Trail Blazers and Music Bank. Went to Perak Road night market with cousins.

Day 7 - I just know I drove for the entire morning, then washed mum's car in the afternoon.

Let's see what happens in week 2.

Summary for today.

Half-way mark of July. Sad case right?

Head to school this morning, as usual.
Teacher's absent and we're to measure our height and mass by our own.
Darn, in 5 months+ I gained 1.7kg. What the?
That's not me any more!
I want my old mass back!
Get 3.5 removed from the current one!
It's been another hectic school day.
However, my recess had been an amazing one.

As usual, breakfast time.
Headed to her classroom, discussed about tomorrow's dress code.
Iish, no more pulleys please...

Back into action.

I've changed my old blog address and made the address to this one.

Still, I'll import my old posts and some particulars.

After my homework this evening, I was carrying my electric guitar.

Currently working on this song : Just A Dream by Nelly (Cover by Sam Tsui and Christina Grimmie).

Thanks to my classmate, Kathy for posting up the guitar tutorial of the song.

Nelly's version : Capo on the 6th fret, with chords Am, F, C and G repeating all over.

For Sam and Christina's version, up another 1 and a half step from the original chords.

(High-pitched, but both of them totally changed my impression towards the song. X] )

Regarding to my music life, even after a year, I'm still a beginner.

I started to self learn guitar since 29.04.2010, and it's been almost 14 months.

At least I know how to transpose a few songs so far.

Here I have a suggestion : If you self learn, start from the songs you often listen to. It helps a lot.

Get most of your chords here.

Overall, thanks to Uncle Larry for lending us the guitar for so long. Deeply appreciate it. =)

It's quite late right now, shall sign off and head to rest in few minutes' time.
